Roles and responsibilities: 

• Project plan and estimates
• Manage resources, deliverables, and critical path
• Manage risks and issues Project status report
• Manage JIRA tasks and dashboard 
• Manage workshops with the clients Get project sign-offs, FSD and TSD approvals, design approvals. UAT instructions, Go Live Certificate, warranty instructions, Change Requests
• Debriefs with the team and client

Skills required: 

• Minimum 2 years as Project Manager 
• Good communication 
• Strong client management skills 
• JIRA 
• eCommerce project experience preferred but not mandatory

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Be the platform knowledge experts and owners of the functional scope
• Facilitate client workshops for FSD  Interpreting the clients’ requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Working alongside project managers to ensure functional specifications meet clients' expectations
• Assist in detail testing and quality assurance
• Reviewing issues raised during user acceptance testing
• Assist Production Team with documenting production processes
• Training and educating the clients on using the eCommerce solution 

Skills required: 

• Minimum 2 years as BA
• Good communication
• Strong client management skills 
• Experience in eCommerce project
• Good problem-solving skills
